I still remember feeling that little bit of relief when the file came through instantly with no issues. Super simple, no hassle, and exactly what I was hoping for

My account got approved quickly, which was nice, but then I ran into a bunch of restrictions that made it way harder to sell the way I planned. Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the answers were kind of vague. it felt like there was some hidden rulebook everyone else had access to except me. Not saying there’s a grand scheme going on, but it definitely made me wonder what’s happening behind the scenes.

payhip feels safe overall, but i don’t have much patience for fraud issues. I had one weird order slip through, and support took longer than I’d like to get back to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish the fraud protection was a bit tighter so I didn’t have to deal with it in the first place...

I got my refund in the end, and it only took a little time. the whole process was "easy" and didn’t feel like much of a hassle...

I didn’t want to spend a bunch of time figuring out complicated settings, so I liked that uploading my lessons was simple and straightforward. My students seem to access everything without issues, and I get my payments without any hassle, which is really what I care about most. It’s not overly complicated, and for the price, I’m happy with how it works for my setup

Payhip was easy to set up, and I was able to get my products listed faster than I expected. That said, a few parts of the dashboard were a little confusing, and I had to click around more than I should have to find certain things. It works fine overall, but that kind of friction feels avoidable and the experience could definitely be smoother.

I use payhip for a small monthly membership, it’s been easy to deal with so far. Like, I can quickly see who’s active, cancel or update things without having to dig around too much, and the emails are clear enough to know what’s going on. I did have one failed payment come through, and it showed up right away, which was helpful. It’s not the prettiest-looking setup or anything, but, you know, it works, and it definitely saves me time.

I tried using Payhip on my phone how is it this bad?! Pages were loading all weird, the buttons were tiny, and the checkout kept jumping around while I was trying to pay. I ended up giving up and switching to my laptop just to finish the order. Disappointing.

Most of the process is handled automatically, which saves me a ton of time and gives me more confidence that things are being taken care of properly. I still like to double-check now and then just to be safe, but overall it’s been reliable and easy to trust

Payhip’s affiliate tools are fine for the basics, I guess. I can add affiliates and track sales without too much hassle, so that’s nice. But if you’re hoping for more control or reports that actually tell you a bit more, well, don’t get too excited. It’s not terrible or anything, just average.

Payhip has been easy for me overall :) Most days it just works, and uploading products or getting paid is usually straightforward, so I can’t really complain too much. The reliability is where it feels a little mixed, though. I’ve had a few moments where pages loaded slowly or checkout seemed stuck, which is definitely stressful when customers are trying to buy. Support did get back to me, but not always quickly. So yeah, it’s not bad, just not as dependable as I’d like. 3 stars feels fair for now!
